● Fees must be paid on or before 14th of Every Month.
● Schools prefer Online (UPI/Net Banking) or Cheque or CASH
● If the fee is not paid by the 14th of Every month, a late fees of ₹20 will be charged from 15th to the end of the month (30th/31st).
● If the fee is not paid by the end of month (30th/31st), an additional ₹50 will be added per month till dues are cleared.
● If fees remain unpaid for over three months (or a full quarter), the student’s name may be removed from the rolls. Re-admission is then required with a fresh fee.
● Parents must give one month's notice in writing before withdrawing a child, or pay one month's fee in lieu of notice.
● Fees once paid will not be refunded.
● Parents are requested to check regularly especially before exams, if their ward fee is paid.
● Parents must keep all receipts safely; they are the only valid proof of payment in case of a dispute.
● Kindly do not deposit the fees in the old fee booklet.
● The school management reserves the right to revise (alter/increase) fees annually without prior notice.
● No student is permitted to take any Exams and attend school, neither their Transfer Certificate nor Report Card will be issued till all accounts are fully settled.
